Default Helmet thread- suggestions for spares

Any suggestions on a decent spare helmet?

I don't want to spend much money on it since its not going to be on my head, but most likely if i'm lending it out, i liked the person enough not to torture them either with a heavy, loud helmet.

Anyone ever check out the helmets at walmart?

Puggy never pooped in it, it was just buried under my basement somewhere and i'm positive black mold took over it and i told mk that so he would stop bugging me about it. he didn't ask me about it for months and i kept telling him to pick it up and then when we was finally ready, i had no idea where it was.

hope mk is not on here

New Enough only has this one and I hate chick graphics. Grr... http://www.newenough.com/closeouts/h...le_helmet.html

Motorcycle Superstore has nice selection of helmets on closeout, especially in KBC's if you like those (I do...crash tested it and it does it's job )

Mens (it's all the men's helmets on closeout) http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com...Closeouts.aspx

Women's: http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com...Closeouts.aspx

Bike Bandit has some pretty good deals going too.

u can usually find the HJC CL-15's pretty cheap on craiglist i think i got my last one with a smoke shield for about 100 new in box and its a good queality helmet

its great to use during colder rides too because there is very poor ventilation

Get a GMAX 68S. They go for $120 and they have more airflow than any other helmet you'll find except that weird Givi. They're great, and an extra free tinted visor comes standard!
