(bought September 2010) I can still claim 105k worth of miles though on my own, which is still plenty respectable I think.  Yes, I do work. No, I'm not 100. LOL. I work for a great company that puts up with my month long vacation antics, and well, I do ride 1500 miles for lunch on occasion.
