Re-insert your valve in the stem



Fill it with the proper air level


Check the pressure to make sure its right.


Now replace your valve stem cap


Repeat for the rear or other tire


Out with the valve


Fill and re-assemble and put the valve stem back on. Ride and enjoy a smooth ride
