The OEM compound on BT016 suck. Aftermarkets are better. My OEMs slipped all the time and took forever to heat up.

Not IMO...though you live in MI. I thought they heated up pretty damn well and stuck pretty good for non Race tires. I was running these in the low 70s temps.

If they work in warmer weather then great. I can only speak of their performance in MI weather. I blame my tires for totaling my bike. Nov 4th, 40 degree day, just left my house and 1/4 down the road going 35mph I had to make a abrupt stop..... Well I didn't stop. the tires locked up and I slid down the hill into a dump truck. I have no doubts that if I had PP's on I would have stopped.
