I'm 210 pounds but only 5'8". I was 195 until I got to college last august. Next week me and another guy are going to go on a no sweets/soda/anything sugar diet, start running and working out, and quit smoking to try to lose our beer guts. Oh yeah, we are going to stop drinking in the middle of the week too. That's mostly for grades though.

That's insane.....quitting everything at the same time ? :panic: Yup....I've been quitting beer for about 20+ years now. :wink:

Yeah but its what we need to do, so we are going to do it. And it will help a lot that we are doing it together to keep each other in check.
