... I joined the original TWF 4 years ago on my birthday and it's been a wild journey. The last 4 years have had there ups and downs on both the old board and the new board. I've had the privilege of meeting in person some really cool people, and the unfortunate opportunity to meet some real cunts.


It is time for me to move on as his board is useless to me now. I don't need mechanical advice, I don't need riding advice, I don't need gear advice and I surely don't need to see threads on politics, religion or retards giving earthquake warnings. So it's time for me to say goodbye to a old friend who has provided a good online home for me the last 4 years. There will certainly bee some people that I will miss. I wish this board great success in the future and hope you all enjoy it.

I have over half the forum filtered out and have had several members on ignore, there isn't any reason for anyone to read anything they don't want to. If anyone wants to post a bunch of boring threads about the stupid ride you took yesterday or what kind of oil you use, feel free. I know, let's all go on rides tomorrow and then post pics of our odometers and of course our bikes... No let's all start a thread every single time we ride our bikes more than 50 miles and then post pics of our rims.

Better yet let's all wash our bikes and start a thread about it... Those threads aren't any more interesting than the cell phone threads IMHO.

Personally, I don't see any problem with Ed saying goodbye. He was a Mod and a good friend to quite a few people on this board. I'd much rather a goodbye thread than if he just faded away like so many others have. Neebs comes to mind as an example...:idk:

How do you filter the forum? I don't read the threads, I just happen to notice most threads rarely involve bikes. I really don't care, I just look for the forum the thread was made in (street/track, etc) and then read the thread title. Apparently you're more butt hurt than I am about it.

No, it's not about being "butt hurt" or anything, I just filter out any thread topics that I'm not interested in. Like the "New Riders" threads or "Sports" threads or the "Politics and Religion" stuff, that's all. I get Sport Rider but I don't get Cosmo, it's not that I'm "butt hurt" about Cosmo, I'm just not interested. Simple.
