pics?

i saw it at the bike show-fuckin nice. didnt even seem busa sized, more like they put busa front fairings on a gsxr1k. really well done
|
thats the busas undoing is the beastly and overly fat tail. a sleek aerodynamic lookin GSXR tail would certainly help it.

Nevermind, I decided to quit being lazy and looked it up.

Shit is tough. Thats the way the Busa shoulda looked from the get go.

wow. thats the 1st busa I really liked.
|
not too bad
|
Looks good. I'm not a fan of that swing arm though.
|
Yeah, that is a big improvement

I have seen it before and Well you are all wrong and of course you have the right to be wrong. (Well most of you any way)The stock Gen 1 Busa is the best the bike ever looked. The Gixxer tail makes the rest of the body work silly. So does in my opinion all of those stretched lowered rigs that never see a drag strip
The design if for aero dynamics not for appearance. I love my Busa for what it is not what I can pretend it is. It is a premium SPORT touring Chassis capable of extreme top speed. What Gen 1 lacked from the factory was brakes and these are easily upgraded. It is not an R1 a 1098 or Gixxer 1k it is foolish to pretend it is. Of course this is just the opinion of an old crochety gun totin redneck |
looks like a sportbike now instead of a sport tourer
|
I think the skinny tail makes the rest of the bike look fatter than it already is. I am not a fan.

that was a custom busa tho, remember ppl? itll never come like that bcuz of aerodynamics, they will always be stretched and slammed bcuz it makes a helluva dragbike combo with its potent engine. but its nice to look at, atleast the replica one is, in person anyway. id take it  |
