Yeah thats the Plan...I dont think I've ever heard of many people paying The actual Asking price for a home on the market.
The House we REALLY Like is Listed at 205,900...I was going to offer 190,000...Buy it seems you guys are suggesting to go lower...However you are right the worst that can happen is the seller says No and Either Re offers back to us or we offer them a Bit more than the original.
House is Sweet though HUGE Shed in the backyard and a 1 car garage with Plenty of room for Multiple Bikes
It's a Three Bedroom 1 Bath but we invisioned putting in a second half bath downstairs where the Bar/entertainment room would be since there is plenty of open space down there.
Hopefully soon i'll be posting pictures of it...We gotta make closing first!
