I don't need to ride it. That aprilia is based off their euro street bike version. It's nothing to be interested in for track riding.
And I also don't need to ride it to know that:
Aprilia RS125: 28hp, 260lb
Honda RS125: 40hp, 160lb
That's a no-brainer.
My buddy just picked up one of the Hondas with a ton of spares, including cylinder heads and a bottom end, for 3k. I can't wait to ride it  |
I've got a friend just outside Ottawa who has something like 8 RS125s and TZ125s that range from the early to mid 1990s in manufacture. He used to run a racing school up here.
The track only version of the Aprillia is a darned sight lighter and makes better horsepower
