They do it all the time, but it just depends on how far along they are at some places. Other places it increases the price.
Sounds like if it has cancer it may just be best to be put down. Isn't 14 years a long time for a little dog to live anyways? Poor dog. Knocked up and having cancer. And here I thought I was uncomfortable.
