I think Parcells is in a win win situation where he could bring in TO, and if he performs, Parcells wins. If he's a pain in the ass and the new owners don't back him, he can bail at will and is still guaranteed the remainder of his contract money. Right now they've got middling receivers and an accurate quarterback looking for someone to throw to. As much as I hate the guy, TO is a fit. But I hate the Dolphins too, so if they self destruct and TO is part of the cause, then I can laugh anyway.
