Zukimon,

Are you going to go with the APE cam chain tensioner?

I saw the model numbers you had listed, but I wasn't sure if this one would work. I bought this a couple of years back for my 2002 CBR F4i, but ended up getting it replaced when it was at the Honda shop. I'll have to look around to double check to make sure it's still around.
