I haven't seen any AMA Superbike races this year...only the Supersport series or whatever it's called this year.
So what is the difference in the two bikes that allow it to be able to run in both classes ? I mean Ducati can't enter a 1125 in the smaller class, right ?
It just doesn't make sense to me that Aprillia...Ducati and Buell can run the larger engines against the smaller inline fours. It even seems a little odd that Triumph can run a 675 in this class but at least that's closer.
AMA racing is just weird since the change in ownership....but hey...I'm just glad they are still racing.
