Is that a guess, or do you have info on it from somewhere?
i would guess that somebody tossed the paint bucket off the roof as a prank or something. Weird that the pictures seem to have been taken at night, then there are other pictures in the daylight of a guy still wearing jeans and a shirt still covered in paint.
