Ya I'd highly recommend an SV ahead of the 650 but like everyone else said....whatever floats your boat.
I just feel like you're getting swayed by it being a good deal and all.
Maybe I'm wrong. If you want a track bike, figure out what's important to you and find a bike based on what YOU want....not just because you stumbled across what seems like a good deal.
