The 675's are known to burn a bit of oil.
A quart seems excessive though. You measured via the dipstick?
Mine's an '06 with @ 8000 miles on it. It has been track only for the last two plus years. I change the oil every 2-4 weekends and always have some oil loss but never a full quart. Not even close.
I seem to recall using more like 3.5 quarts to fill.
