Cold isnt much of a factor for me, I tolerate it rather well and just bundle up or fir eup the gerbings. Some mornings if I am commuting and its like high or mid 30's and am not feeling it I will take the car.
Bad winds i will also shut it down, I have to go over a bridge when working my side jobs so that can be sketchy.
I roll the dice with rain, if I can make it to work dry and its not a ragin gmonsoon comming in later I will ride.
Extreme heat, if I know I am doing straight hwy stuff and will be moving I will ride but if it look slike there will be traffic I will take the car.
