I thought of this question because there's a guy that lives about a 1 mile from me with a 09 R1 and it sits outside 24/7 uncovered, he has no garage, shed, or even a tarp/cover for it. Not that it would kill it but to me it's bike abuse lol.

Luckly I dont and while house searching, garage is a mandatory.
