The zipcode you live in plays a big role.......They use it to look up theft rates, population density, etc.
Apoc, you might have to call up your company and remind them that your tickets fell off your record. They're shady like that, they make YOU tell them shit like that. Hell, I had to call them to remind them to lower my rates after I hit 25. They play that whole "if you don't ask for something you won't get it" game.
