On the ignition kill... you can also just do a start inhibit by tapping via a safety switch (kickstand or clutch) or tap between the standard switch wire to the starter (which is what I did on my scorpio). These of coarse may not give you a anti-hijack it will just stop them from starting it...
But think outside the box when considering where to tap into. If your kick stand switch keeps you from starting it, and kills the bike when in gear. Then it would do exactly what you want.
