I had a friend that launched a Busa by the "throttle getting stuck" (his story, fwiw
).
He was pulling out of a parking lot onto a street, the supposed throttle sticking happened, and he shot across the road, across a parking lot, and slammed into the side of a building.
If he did it to himself, that was some real dedication.
