I'm sure it doesn't include foreign manufacturers with factories in this country. I suspect it does, but probably shouldn't, include Chrysler.
Either way, when you have the chance to pay $27+ per share for a company that, even with government support, lost over $150 million last year giving them "earnings" of -$3.04 per share you have to do it, right?
