When I rode the Sprint, I never knew how fast I was going, too hard to find the speed on the dial. Maybe after you get used to it so you know that 55 is at 10 o'clock etc it would be easier...

1) I rarely know how fast I'm going, I go more by feel than anything.
2) Nothing beats watching that dial climb as you pump through the gears.
3) Standing there looking at it - analog looks "faster"... or more high performance to me...
