haha! i'm a dumbass. when i integrated the light i just got the circuit board and cracked the stock light to install it. i saved $$ that way. shoulda got the whole unit. live and learn, i suppose.
you are right about 1 thing...husband = fail. my father-in-law does all my bike work.
