Based on something I read in a English medical journal from the 1830s I elected to do something about my hydrocele today as the pain had reached an unbearable level. Ran a needle in about a half inch and have been amazed at the rapid absorbtion of fluid through the day. Might have normal junk by morning. One of the best things I've ever done.
