Let's put it this way: after being stableish for a while (went from an egg to a softball over 15 years) it had begun to accelerate. At the end it was about the size of a large grapefruit. Peritoneal fluid completely filled the sack and ran up the inguinal cavity looking for all the world like a hernia while shoving my dick past centerline to the right half of my body and had started peeling up the outer layer of skin around the base. The testes constantly felt like they were being squeezed, pain cycled from dull to unbearable. I'm currently between ins plans and likely won't have any coverage till august. Id been trying to locate a reputable doc who would aspirate for cash when I found that old medical journal and said fuck it. Like I said I trans illuminated to be sure I didn't hit anything. Happy to report that less than a full week later I appear to have normally sized testicles and everything has tightened up where it should be. Only potential downside I've seen so far is output pressure is down when doing a #3. Kinda dribbles out but I suppose that's due to the pressure they were under and should return in time.
Id reccomend it to anyone
