I am constantly having a problem with the left side not firing on upon start. Sometimes I have to restart the bike, or unplug then replug the ballasts. Its a freakin PITA.
Seems like every 10 or 15 times I start my bike I have a problem with it.

Dude, look at the link I posted above. The big ballasts will fit under your windscreen. Use the link I posted and recheck your installation. Heck if I was you, i'd go ahead and order the slim ballasts. They are so easy to tuck out of the way and quite light.
