Seems like if he wants to maim her and she's got
rim brakes we can just hook up like a little peg or piece of steel that will go into the spokes when the brakes are applied. It would either destroy the wheel or fracture the shit out of her skull when the front wheel suddenly stops rotating, flinging her over the handlebars.
