It is not so much the look but more of who I am. I sometimes still have a hard time believing that I ride a motorcycle!
My coworker put it best a while back...she called me Leather and Lace. Most of my regular day I am a "lace" kind of person. I teach children, I am semi-quiet and polite to just about everyone. But I have tattoos and I race cars and I ride a motorcycle and I listen to punk music.
To me this is normal...but people that only see one side or the other get really thrown off.
