$17 Tankbag Into a Tailbag!
Well I ordered a clearance tankbag fom New Enough for $17.
http://www.newenoughhp.com/closeouts..._tank_bag.html It was a stap down and looked like ass on the bike, hmmm what to do? I know, I'll make it into a tailbag! Plugged in my soldering iron and cut the straps shorter and burned in mounting holes. Then I bolted them to the passenger seat. I adjusted the other strap to the correct length to wrap around the tail and ta dah!!!

It won't be as fun riding behind her but whatever.
Seriously though good find and cool idea. |

Good job.
The bike looks like a TLR now.

That's awesome.
I can't find a tailbag I like. I need to become more MacGyver-esque with this stuff! |

Have you seen the one that is a passenger seat cover and expands into a bag? http://www.xtsportbikeaccessories.com/FastPack.html |

What's that? That one looks cool but I think I'd need something just a bit bigger. more along the lines of the one you MacGyvered. I'm looking for something to replace a backpack for when I go on weekend trips. |
