I doubt DMG knows what to do in a particular given situation...They are going to do like NASCAR and make it up as they go along...A real sanctioning body would have clear definitive rules and procedures prior to their first big event...Ah but the season is long....

I wonder alot why they felt they had to go and try to reinvent the wheel?
