Well its stripped down with the valve cover ready to come off now. I'll probably measure them tomorrow morning.
I'm not sure what I'm hoping to find. If they're out, I dont want to adjust them myself so I gotta pay for someone else to do it. If they're in spec, then the noise I'm hearing is coming from somewhere else and I wont know if it's normal or not. That will just drive me nuts until I break down and buy a manual CCT.
