So instead of buying ear buds that fit in your ear, block noise and play music, you get a super loud bike stereo that can play over your straight pipes, helmet and ear plugs? What you're saying makes a lot of sense. And I agree with it. But I wouldn't wear ear buds to listen to music. I wear ear plugs now, but thats b/c wind noise gives me a massive headache. If I was going to listen to music I'd have an outboard stereo set up...I like to be able to hear what's going on around me.
