Im not defending the guy, but with 3000 people - there are bound to be some people who expected more than they got. When one is dealing with $100k+ vehicles, lawsuits get involved. Its a nature of the biz.

Per the guy who thought he was getting a stroker motor for 130k... those are things which are in "contracts" that one signs prior to handing over their amex card. Guys shouldnt "think" they are getting XXXXX - they should know via the contract.
