The "deals" idea assumes that customers actually demand the most recent helmets. If they don't, why would stores lower prices?

I'm take'n it as this only really matters to Racers... as from what I've read... the snell rating doesn't mean a whole lot... as the manufactures are "trusted" to test their own and keep them in Snell rating limits...
