i'm guilty...you never know, that last 5 minutes the world may have reversed its orbital path causing severe weather disruptions and removing all nsty weather from the current area!

I prefer intellicast and weatherunderground but yes, I do check it a LOT. Of course as a Captain the weather has a pretty big impact on my day.

in AK I used NOAA.gov... as they were far more accurate as far as the storms in AK

Weather.com is never right for South Florida .. but then again our weather changes every 5 minutes anyway.
The way I see it, meteorologists/weather people couldn't predict shit in a cow pasture
