Couldn't pay me enough to live up there again.
I love S.Fl, Kell and I hung out on the beach this evening. Couldn't do that up north.

three things you dont have down here, ability to ski / snowboard quickly (when you are up there how often do you actually do it? ) , great bread / pizza (from the good tap water), and truly fast - food, that i dont eat anyway.
the pros are heavily outweighed.
