My feet are up unless I'm being lazy, but that isn't very often.
I most always have the ball of my foot on the peg and not riding with "duck feet". That drives me nuts. |

I never drag my feet - something about fear of stationary objects breaking my feet I think
 I do extend my legs every once in a while out to the side to crack my knees, that's about it.
