I want one of those yellow Taxi looking things so bad. I'd throw in a Busa motor and pimp it out. Also if you rolled through there on a stretched out Busa you'd be the king daddy of that joint.
One thing that is interesting and why it seems to work so well is just about half of the traffic consist of Scooters/Mopeds/Motorcycles. And odds are the people in the cars probably have a scoot too and pay attention to other scoots too.
