Ducati Hypermotard. It's the ONLY bike I want right now. Very comfy, has enough power to get squidly, and easy to ride for commuting back and forth to work.

If there's one thing I've NEVER heard about the Hyper it's that its comfortable.

Have you sat on one? The bars are high up like a dirt bike and the pegs are low and more in front like a dirt bike.

In fact, I have not. So I'll take your word for it. I'm talking about reviews I've read. But It does certainly look like it wouldn't be uncomfortable. The seat probably sucks.

Noting a little extra seat foam and a staple gun couldn't fix.

Biggest issue is the tank size, don't those things have like a 3 gal tank?

Yeah 3.3 but that doesn't bother me.

For commuting if I got 100 miles out of a tank, I could go an entire week without putting gas in it.

I would keep the bike I have now but make some touring mods like a rack and some hard cases like this one below. Maybe some bar risers, heated hand grips and a bigger windshield. Other then that the bike is perfect for me.
