My VF is like 23 years old and I still like it's Hydraulic Clutch
 I dont have an FI bike but I dont think there's a choke on them. It's just for "High Idle", right?

I actually like the hydraulic clutch on the RC, it works like a champ, is smooth, and is simple in design. I honestly like it, unless I need to flush/bleed it, then I fucking hate it, takes forever to get pressure at the mc again.
