The F4i has potential.

The 96 honda is too old.

The 98 honda is again, too old. And no goodies.

'03 Zook is a good deal- for somebody else.

'03/'06 600RR wouldn't be bad, but it's a frankenstein. And no suspension work.

I know I'm being picky here. This isn't something I need NOW. I know most people know almost nothing about the 650R- but I have pretty extensive knowledge Everyone says the SV is a great way to start on the track, the Ninja is just as competent. And if I eventually decide to try racing it, the 650 level racing shouldn't be as ridiculously crowded.
Just keep an eye out for something like the track 600rr that arrah arrah was selling a while back. Personally I wouldnt be able to justify having two of the same bike for different purposes. Id either have the same bike with extra bodywork and a few spare parts or something thats good on the street and something good on the track.

After being at the track multiple times you might change your mind about this. A few years ago I rode to Mid-OH for the AMA races. Sunday night when I got home I had to tear the bike down (just basics, no plastic change) for a track day the next 4 days. Then put it back to street legal the next day for a group ride. Talk about a bitch.

I would LOVE to have another bike identical to the one I have now solely for the track.

But for me if I had the money to have 2 bikes, Id prefer something thats going to be a little more specific to the street and something specific to the track.
