As far as novice and intermediate together... they aren't allowed to pass unless signaled. And, I have kicked people out for douchebaggery. I have a few urban legends going on here in town about me apperantely the squiddies are skeerd.

I'm open and honest, and will allow someone to make their best efforts to prove their abilities.
