Cold weather (never seen Ice or snow, but those are a definite no).
Dark - I love night riding, but my night vision has gotten so bad its not worth the danger. Thats about it. If its a slight rain, no biggie, if its heavy and I have the right gear, theres no stopping me. If I dont have rain gear I might pull over or push through, depends on how froggy Im feeling.
