The "attempting to pass several cars" is only alleged.

For all we know, he had already passed those cars awhile ago, and all their little egos got hurt, so they talk shit about him.

Hey if I was the guy that screwed up in this situation I would want someone helping/representing me that looked at all angles too...wouldn't we all ?
