So apparently what I've been reading up on claims no matter what state the warranty of the vehicle is in they are supposed to replace the lock washer and the Nut. My bike is currently at Southern Honda cause i trust them the most but if Yamaha will fix it for free thats 50 bucks i'm going to save by bringing it to RT Cycle down the road. What do yall suggests. Any time there is a recall no matter if you're not the original owner or its been years past the recall. It is always free and they need to do it. My vehicle had a recall on the seat belt buckles. It's an '88 and I'm not sure if its been done, if not I can roll into a suzuki dealership and they would have to do it.
