It is too bad. Up until recently I had only heard good things about DDM. Seems that is no longer the case.

I know one thing, I'm seriously hesitating about posting companies... I've had three sets from them without problems.

Heck, I've just finished installing my communication system and it is AWESOME!!! Maybe someday I'll post about it...

I'm not grumpy yet. It's an electronic device, sometimes they go bad, nothing you can do about it. My first call to them was on sunday, and they are closed weekends. This morning I got no answer, so I left another message.
I'll try again tomorrow before I start getting upset about it.

I had a set delivered without problem. Redrider got a set without any problems and my buddy has a set on backorder.

The problem with DDM is their customer service. They have a great product.
