You can't have clogged throttle bodies. Injectors maybe, but not throttle boddies. Besides, I doubt a 4-runner in 2006 even has throttle bodies.

4runners have a throttle boy and that year has a problem with the studs sheering off. Most likely that was the problem because it would cause a leak and allow unmetered air into the intake manifold and dick up the A/F ratio causing it to run like shit.
