I busted the ratchet mechanism on one side on my HJC CL-MAXX a couple years back - ordered a new one for like 15 bucks and it took all of 5 minutes to replace and has been great since.
Now if I can stop rolling the damn thing across cement...  The chin bar has more scratches than a tree in a bear cage.
