Started my job today selling insurance. Had a great day, mostly learning about different companies we sell and tailing the main agent.

Thanks. Insurance is one of those things people would rather just forget existed. As much as they hate writing a check every six months, they hate shopping around for it more.

Luckily for me, starting out I am on partial salary and partial commission. Starting out 100% commission is almost impossible trying to learn and sell while still having barely enough money to live on.

i burnt the shit out of my lip with H2SO4 today/ last night

running on fumes... 53 of the last 72 hours has been spent at school in the lab, 12 at the bar and 7 asleep... FML!
